Infants
(6 weeks - 1 year)
Trusting your baby with someone else is a big step. At Nesiah's Nursery LLC, our caregivers work closely with you to ensure a smooth transition. Using our Brightwheel app, parents can receive updates and feedback throughout the day so that you stay "in the know" with your baby's progress.
For sanitation and safety reasons, our center is a shoe-free environment. Our bootie- or sock-only policy is one of the ways we are committed to keeping your baby safe. As soon as your infant is ready to start crawling and scooting around, it’s important to give them the freedom to explore. A shoe-free environment keeps their little hands and mouth safe from germs and dirt while they discover the world.
Toddlers
(1 - 2 years old)
There is a lot of discovery going on at this age so everything is designed for little explorers. Our setup is specifically designed to encourage self-discovery. All areas are labeled with visual cues to encourage early reading and all toys are within reach of little hands to promote autonomy.
Our engaged teachers have daily activities for toddlers that includes group time, story time, outdoor play, meals, snacks, and naps. Because we know so much learning happens through play, much of your toddler's day is spent engaging in playtime with peers while building appropriate social skills.

Preschool
(3 - 5 years)
Much like our toddles, preschool children learn best through unstructured play. To encourage early reading, all areas are labeled in both in addition to visual cues.
This stage is all about building independence. We work on developmental skills like hand-washing and potty-training. We also encourage little learners to explore topics that most interest them. Through art, music, math and science your toddler is sure to leave with foundational skills necessary for kindergarten.
