Admissions and Enrollment 1. Give us a call to schedule a visit to our facility. 2. Fill out and submit the attached enrollment form. 3. Submit your registration fee to secure your child's spot.

Tuition is dependent upon the age of your child and are listed as follows: 6 weeks - 1years (non-walker) $205 weekly, 1 year (walker) -2 years $185 weekly and 3 years - 5 years $165 weekly. A registration fee of $50.00 per child / $75.00 per family is due upon enrollment to hold a spot for your child. There are no recurring fees beyond tuition for standard scheduled activities in the center as these are included in tuition. Currently, we do not take children off-campus for field trips. There may be a special fee from time to time for unscheduled special events. Tuition payments are due the first day of the week that your child attends, for that week. There will be a late charge of $10.00 per day if payment is not received by 5:00 p.m. the day following first attendance for the week. If your child is absent an entire week, the tuition rate is 50%. For scheduled vacations, a 2 week notice is required. Full tuition is due for any week that your child attends any portion of the week. This applies to both full and part-time children. We require two weeks written notice if you wish to withdraw your child. If you do not give us two weeks’ notice, we may charge you for one weeks' tuition. For absences of two weeks or more without notification, we will assume you have decided to withdraw your child. If you wish to return, you will be required to go through the enrollment process again. There is no guarantee that the spot you vacated will be available as we often have wait-listed children that fill the space immediately.

Currently, Nesiah's Nursery LLC does not participate in a tuition assistance program. It is our plan for the future to work with the Division of Family Services (DFS) to extend tuition assistance to qualifying families.

Currently, we do not provide weekend nor evening care. We are closed on the following days: Labor Day Monday, Sept 5, 2022 Thanksgiving Wednesday, Nov 23, 2022 Thursday, Nov 24, 2022 Friday, Nov 25, 2022 Christmas Day Monday, Dec 25, 2022 Martin Luther King Jr. Day Monday, Jan 16, 2023 Memorial Day Monday, May 30, 2023 *The facility will also be closed from December 21 - January 1 for the Winter Break holiday.* **Currently, Nesiah's Nursery does not provide summer care and will close for the summer on June 9, 2023. The facility will reopen on Monday, August 7, 2023.

Yes! We serve hot meals and nutritious snacks. Our facility is equipped with a kitchen and staff educated in nutrition, USDA and Missouri Department of Education guidelines, and proper portions for young children. Menus are prepared and shared with parents on a monthly basis.
